feature definitions for 2.1 press release

Andreas Pour wants it to know in a few sentences (understandable for the
common user) for the KDE3 press release:
"What is that code-completion feature in KDevelop-2.1?"
"What is that cross-compiling feature of KDevelop-2.1?"
Currently, I have no time. So please, help! Thanks in advance.
