Since the final packages are already up, they won't make it in the 2.1

I suggest keeping up the deep freeze (all patches to the list first) for 
KDE_2_2_BRANCH and release a KDevelop 2.1.1 with all the minor fixes together 
with KDE 3.0.1.

About the patches:

* The first one makes very much sense, looks like an artifact from good old Qt 
1.4 times ;)

* The second one is okay, but it would be very cool if moving the scrollbar 
would also stop auto-scrolling :)
