Bug#39548: code autocompletion freezes kdevelop

Robe,
I dont think a timer will solve this problem, it will hide it and that
only sometimes which makes it much worse imo. 

That other IDE's use it doesn't make it better, but it makes me think i
havent really understood the original problem. 



WIth regard to a persistend class store: 

Robe, please do not add any more code to KDE_2_2_BRANCH, it will be
lost. The branch is closed for development. I really could use some
help with KDEVELOP_2_BRANCH though. I will check in my changes today or
early tomorrow and you could do it there.
