Bug#39410: Kdevelop doesn't update structs in tree view

When running Kdevelop, when a struct is specified and the file in which is was specified is saved, the struct appears in the tree view on the left panel.  However, when the struct is changed in anyway and the file is re-saved, the struct is not updated in the tree view.  This is in contrast to everything else; classes, globals, etc.  are updated immediately when a change is made and the file is saved.  Anyway, I assume the intention was to have the structs updated as well.
