No, he has a valid point. Some settings you will want to share (build
configurations, run options, file templates, file groups, etc.), others you
will want per-developer. It's not as much of an issue as it was with 2.x,
since the targets are stored only as Makefile.am entries, but it is still
something we need to think about.
