Prob.: KDevelop open files

Hello Team!
 
Opening files with KDevelop causes errors on my system. It is
basically not possible to open a file without having the KDevelop
application terminated.
This error occurs on my Linux-PC as well as on my Laptop, with the
following configuration:
KDevelop 2.0.1 (KDE 2.2.1)
Linux (i686) release 2.4.10-4GB SuSE
gcc version 2.95.3 20010315
 
KDE and KDevelop has been installed via SuSE Linux.
 
Attached you find a screen shot of the error message and
an error text given from KDevelop.
 
Hope you can help me out of this problem.
