Problem with cpp templates

I'm in the process of trying to build kdevelop from
CVS, and I have gotten the following error:
make[4]: Entering directory
`/kde3cvs/kdevelop/parts/cppsupport/templates'
make[4]: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.

And compilation quits.  Any idea how to fix this?
There is no Makefile.am in that directory, so I'm
supposing no Makefile was created for it.
