Licensing change of files taken from kdevelop/gideon

Hi

Some time ago I borrowed some code of the codecompletion_arghint.* and 
codecompletion_iface_impl.* files from you for kate. Those files were 
licensed with the GPL. Would it be a a big problem if I relicense them as 
LGPL to make them consistent with the rest of kdelibs ?

I hope this mail reaches everyone, who contributed to those files.
