Can we open a new package in BTS for gideon?

Greetings Stephan,

Is it possible to open a new package in BTS for KDevelop 3.x aka gideon?

The bugs for 2.x and 3.x are mixing badly hindering our ability to find bugs 
for one of the applications.

They are quite different now, and this will also prevent the problem of  a bug 
for 2.x being closed when it is fixed in 3.x and vice versa.
