Falk,
I have fixed the conflicts and reapplied Kuba Ober's patch to
kwdoc.cpp. I assume that the patch was already outdated and overwrote
my last commits. 

Falk, did you cvs up before you committed? I dont understand how this
could happen. I hope that other stuff didnt get overwritten. 

Anyway, the fix for first line indent crashing KDevelop is in now.
