Class Wizard places declarations of new members outside the class

Hi, all,

here's something I often stumble over in Kdevelop 2.1.2 CVS snapshot, but the 
former versiond had that behavior, too:

When using the Class Wizard to introduce a new member function or variable to 
an existing class, it sometimes places the declaration / prototype outside 
the class, exactly beneath the closing brace.

I still couldn't find any rule when this happens or not. The result is even an 
ugly comment of the compiler...
