[patch] comment processing in adding function

Hi!

I've made (and attached) a small patch for kdevelop 2.1.1. This patch
fixes a following problem:
When we type CJK (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) charactor in "Add
member function" -> "Class Properties" -> "Attributes or Methods" ->
"Documentation" and push "apply", a few lines under added function have
lost.

Commit please.
