Request for Comments on IDEAl mode tabbing frame scheme

I've really been getting into using IDEAl mode as of late and I have one
small glitch that I'd like to fix; I was hoping to generate some comments
from anybody else who uses this mode.

When a tabframe is opened and docked, and then the project is later closed
sometimes the project also closes out the part with which the frame was
loaded.  This makes an ugly dead frame there until the next project is
loaded.

My proposal is to either close the frame or, if possible, load a different
part into it that is still active.

I'd also like, upon loading a project, for the existing frame to be loaded
with the same part.  Currently it's loaded with the first part that is
opened - and that's only done upon opening gideon, not the project itself.

Does anyone have any comments on this?  If not, I plan to submitting patches
for this behavior in the next day or two.
