Mixing Kdevelop CVS with KDE3.0.2 release

Ups, sorry I couldn't be here until now. The file configdefintions.h is 
obsolete. But I still had it locally on my disc thats why I didn't get an 
error. I have updated projectconfigurationbase.ui
