I' m not really sure what you mean, but the patch is more "bugfix" ...
Anyway, CppAddMethodDlg is currently broken (especially the "Parameter" 
stuff).
Maybe I can send a patch this weekend, the main problem is the "usability" of 
the "Parameter" stuff ...
