trollprojectpart not read-only anymore

To all,

Status on trollprojectpart:

The trollprojectpart for qmake projects .pro files now alters the .pro files dynamically as files and subdirs are added or removed.
CAUTION: The projectmanager does not support .pro scopes yet (may ruin the project files potentially!! )
