Subject: kdevelop crashes (crash handler = signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
From: bartolosolo at hotmail.com

Package: kdevelop
Version: 2.0 (using KDE 2.2.0 -11)
Severity: normal
Installed from: Red Hat Linux 7.2
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-98)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.7-10
OS/Compiler notes:

I use kdevelop to make simple c programs for school. Whenever I want to cut & past from an old file I open that one, do a cut & paste, & close the old code. This causes Kdevelop to not be able to save. Trying to close the current file does nothin. Trying 'close all' causes the crash handler to come up & state "signal 11 (sigsegv).

No backtraces are available when I check.

If you need any more info, feel free to contact me.
