build breaks at kpp.cpp

That's the problem. 
Your .ui files were processed with uic from a different qt version and
the dependencies arent set up to automatically correct this. 

You will have to do a make -f Makefile.cvs cvs-clean

But careful, save your patch! Again save your changes, cause this
command is equivalent to deleting the directory and doing cvs checkout
again.
