Removed Qt2 support from Gideon

Hi,

err... I thought that KDevelop's admin dir was a symlink to kde-common/admin 
on the KDE CVS-Server so every CVS user always gets the latest admin stuff...

If you use KDE 3 Beta 1 with a recent checkout of KDevelop, please symlink the 
admin dir of KDE3B1 to KDevelop and it should work.

The Qt2 support was only some Gideon configure.in magic but it didn't affect 
the admin dir...
