Removed Qt2 support from Gideon

Hi,

After Roland tagged the Gideon sources (GIDEON_LAST_KDE2) I removed all Qt2 / 
KDE2 #ifdefs.

Gideon now no longer builds under KDE2 but needs the latest KDE3 libs and Qt3.

Please tell me if you run into problems...
