Subject: Problem while running automake
From: pedvs01 at compuserve.de

Package: kdevelop
Version: 2.0.1 (using KDE 2.2.1 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.10-4GB
OS/Compiler notes:

Hi there,

generating a new project or running automake generates the following message:

configure.in:35: error: AC_REQUIRE: cannot be used outside of an m4_defun'd macro
configure.in:35: KDE_CHECK_EXTRA_LIBS is required by...
configure.in:35: the top level
gmake[1]: *** [cvs] Error 1
gmake: *** [all] Error 2
*** fehlgeschlagen ***

The result is, I can't run a build process, as Kdevelop tells me there's no makefile.

Hmmm, ahemm, what's that?

Greets
Jay
