Could you help me?

Dear Sir,

How are you doing? I have been using Kdevelop 1.1 and I have two doubt.
I look forward to clarifying  them. 

The first one is about Combobox. Can I set some combo's property to
allow me to find a name type a letter? 
 Eg: I'd like to find the name "Washington", but I don't want to look
all the combo to find it. So, I'd like
 to press letter "w" and this object would show me the fisrt name with
"W".. Could I do that? Which property could I use?

The second one is about Tab. When I start a screen, it goes just to the
second Tab. I'd like to set this screen to stay in the first Tab. I
think this happens, when the first one loads its object . Could you help
me?
