Expanding colapsed blocks when cursor jumps into them

hi Roberto, hi KDevelop-Folks,

i recently noticed that the QEditor does not expand blocks, if i either use 
the "Go to Line" function or if i want to show the line, where an error 
occured during compile. The attached patch addresses this issue (at least i 
hope so).

Keep on going. Gideon is very nice work ;)
