[PATCH] Top source directory

Hi!

I created a patch for the automake-part to be able to have a different 
top-sourcedirectory for the project, this is very useful for the apps in 
kdenonbeta(and probably several else), because in kdenonbeta there's a 
Makefile.cvs and configure in the kdenonbeta dir, and you don't really want a 
project file for the whole kdenonbeta, instead you just set 
topsourcedirectory to ../ and you can run things like configure now.
