Any plans for a alpha3 release with KDE3.1 final?

time for a TODO list :) Alpha3 together with KDE 3.1 final sounds good to me, 
since KDE 3.1 will be released in January that gives us almost one month.

Things on my list:
* fix the accels by using (and fixing) KAccelManager
* fix Kompare so that you can open more than one diff
* fix the toolbars (overlapping toolbars etc.)
