Any plans for a alpha3 release with KDE3.1 final?

I'm neutral; does anyone have any opinions?  We've tackled a good number of 
bugs since the last release but there are still some show stoppers around in 
my opinion.  The actual work on bug killing seems to be limited to just a few 
of us right now.
