[Bug 51400] Clicking on search results in online help yields: "No connection to localhost"

The solution is simply that I have to install the apache web server in order to 
resolve hyperlinks to http://localhost/...  I hadn't expected that I need a 
local web server just to view local documentation. In my opinion this is a bug 
in the KDE online help search function.
