Appwizard change

Hi there,

I finally got tired of the confusing way appname and location seemed to change 
eachother sometimes and sometimes not. Therefore I have checked in a little 
change to the dialog making the appname editline and location editline 
independent and added a label beneeth concatenating the two strings and 
runtime validating the path.
If there is any complaints I'll be happy to roll it back. 
If it should be possible to call the projectfolder something different than 
the Appname.lower() I suggest a new lineedit for this feature.
