[Bug 51363] Usability bug reports (and one wish)

Hi!

I think all clicks in the documentation browser tree view should work
in-place and change the content of the current documentation browser view.
Additionally, there should be a 'New Window' popup menu entry in the
'Window' menu of the main menu. If you click that, an additional browser view should
be opened and should work as new current view.
This is the standard behaviour most people are used to.
