Hi,

I wrote a patch to have support for setting env-variables before
"Run automake & friends" and before make.

The patch is needed for setting things like WANT_AUTOCONF_2_5=1
and WANT_AUTOMAKE_1_6=1 (which is needed in Gentoo and also in Mandrake afaik)
before running make -f Makefile.cvs.

The attached patch is against kdevelop-3.0_alpha2-tarball.
