Bug Description ---------------------------

While adding member functions to a class, adding of a protected member
function makes a previously added public member function also
protected. This is when using the right mouse click on the class and 
the resultant popup menu.

How to repeat the error -------------------

Add a public member function to a class and thereafter add a protected
member function
