creating qmake projects with appwizard

please go ahead, I'm fed up by creating them by hand ;)

And there comes another idea into my mind: what about separating project 
management from the source files? So you can choose a template (C++/Gnome/KDE 
MDI...) and in the next step a project management (automake/qmake/ant...).
