Patch for fixing bug #24435

This fix conserns Settings->KDevelop Setup->Documnetation->Create

KDE bug report logs - #24435
 kdevelop help search does not work with glimpse

I modifided the ccreatedocdatabasedlg - i just made sure the progress dialog 
apperd when selecting glimpse.

I moved the CreateSearchDatabase code from ckdevelop.cpp to ckdevsetupdlg it 
is more natural that the code is there.
