Automake problems

Hi all,

I have a rather old CPP console project created with KDevelop. Now I want to 
build it with KDE3 / Kdev 2.1 / SuSE 8 but it fails:

./aclocal.m4:550: error: m4_defn: undefined macro: _m4_divert_diversion 
aclang.m4:173: AC_LANG_RESTORE is expanded from... 
./aclocal.m4:550: the top level

There is no admin dir in my project. So how can I easily setup the project ni 
order to make it work again? I tried to just create a new C++ project, but I 
failed when I tried to add all the existing files to the project ( it hangs 
after a few, bug reported ). When I simply generate a project from my sources 
the compileroptions are disabled, so that doesn't help me either.
