You have not provided enough information for us to be able to reproduce the
bug. Please provide a detailed account of the steps required to trigger and
reproduce the bug. Without this information, we will not be able to reproduce,
identify, and fix the bug.

Especially the structure of your /usr/lib directory could be interesting. When 
installed in the right way, /usr/lib/qt3 is only a soft link to 
/usr/lib/qt-3.0.3, but it seems you've copied the directory to /usr/lib/qt3.
