Bug#40632: Switching windows into KDevelop editor loses edit pointer.

I cannot find the exact sequence that causes this to 
occur but sometimes the edit pointer | dissapears during
a window switch - for example stopping the debugger and
going to edit the source or switching between one other
application and then back to kdevelop.

It seems to always happen when navigation uses the mouse
it is always fixable by alt-tabbing out of kdevelop and into
another application then back.

Note that the mouse pointer is invisible - you can still
edit.
 
Text selection is still possible.

Only alt-tab out and back in restores the edit | pointer.
