Please don't commit into the KDEVELOP_2_BRANCH

Hi

The KDEVELOP_2_BRANCH/kdevelop sub directory is now in HEAD/kdevelop. As 
default gideon and kdevelop are compiled. You can disable them with 
--disable-gideon or --disable-kdevelop.

KDevelop doesn't compile because of a SIC change of the part handling.

Falk, Roland,. .... could you have a look, if I've missed anything important 
from the branch.
