- heaps of bugfixes (2.1 is as stable as a 2.0.3 ;-)
- added code completion (automatic or Ctrl+Space)
  and text expansion (Ctrl+J)
- added cross-compiling support, with the ability to
  specify different compilers, compiler flags, target
  architecture, etc.; and support for Qt/Embedded
  projects (such as the Zaurus and iPAQ);
- port to KDE 3 by keeping the source code compatible
  for KDE 2 compiling

- gcc3 compiling issues
- configuration dialogs for documentation browser 
  works again
- don't ask for reload of files during the closing of
  files (happened when they were changed outside of
  KDevelop)
- a new chapter for the KDevelop manual (8.8 Building
  Distributions)
- updated kdevelop.kdevprj
- implementing additional project options (which are
  set inside configure.in(.in)), exceptions enabling,
  noopt-flag activation, misc tests for c/c++ terminal
  apps, enabling (f)lex and yacc/bison tests for
  configure, kde/qt version selection
- coloured output also for the KDE 3 version
- Removed hardwired (3) from manpages so user can
  select appropriate page

KDE_2_2_BRANCH is closed now.
Now we are heading towards KDE-3-only version KDevelop
