i used these defines in my codecompletion stuff for having a different
output for 
errors and plain information. because this is now obsolete (roberto) you may

remove it - or wait about 1 week so i will do it then.

i've followed partially the discussion about the future of kdevelop and
gideon 
and i saw no real decision. if we continue using the cppcodecompletion stuff
a 
code cleaning would be the right solution.
