Subject: hot-keys stop functioning after closing a window
From: kde at wauter.com

Package: kdevelop
Version: 2.0 (using KDE 2.2.0 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 2.95.3
OS: Other
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

1. set MDI mode to tab page mode (i did not use other modes)
2. close a window, kdevelop now switches to another window

Now all kdevelop hot-keys concerning the edit windows stop working until you switch to another window.

That includes CTRL+W (close window) and CTRL+C/X/V (copy/cut/paste)

(Submitted via bugs.kde.org)
(Called from KBugReport dialog. Fields Application, KDE Version, OS, Compiler manually changed)
