Package: kdevelop
Version: 2.0.1 (using KDE 2.2.1 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 2.95.3
OS: Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

With any version different from autoconf 2.13 automake 1.4 it is impossibile to create a new project. I think that this should be fixed as almost all the new distribution (and software packages) now require/are shipped with/work with newer versions.
autoconf 2.52 and automake 1.5 works for almost any piece of software
