Bug#33862: aclocal error in newly created console project

The problem is *provisionally* resolved by downgrading to SuSE 7.2's version
of automake/autoconf.

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/7.2/suse/d2/

However, I fear projects generated by KDevelop will still be incompatible
with newer versions of the autotools and the problem is merely postponed,
*not* *solved*.
