Bug#33811: Rename source files in Kdevelop

It would great if we could rename header & source files from with in Kdevelop. At the moment, we have to remove the file from the project, rename it on the cmd line, (optionally) do CVS stuff, then use the 'add exist files' feature.

Just a thought...
