kdevelop2 on kde3

Hi,

I must have been bored (or crazy) - so I made sure kdevelop2 still compiles 
on kde3.

I don't think I broke compiling for kde2 but could someone check and let me 
know. I'll fix if I have to...

soon, soon I'll move to kdevelop3.0...

btw Did anyone check the thread patch for the debugger I posted ages ago. 
Should I apply it, should I change it, should I get a life...
