I for one think it is time to target KDE 3.0, we need to focus our efforts so
that we can deliver an awesome IDE for KDE 3.0. When KDE 3.0 comes out it
would be great to release a KDevelop based on its technology. I know I
suffered many headaches at the fact KDevelop 1.4 never seemed to use KDE 2.0
technology to its fullest. Lets correct that with KDevelop 3.0 :)

BTW there is now a DCOP interface to KMainWindow that give access to all
standard actions of the IDE. It is now possible to automate areas of
KDevelop with shell scripts. Anyone who as used Code Warrior or Visual
Studio will appreciate this feature.

Rockon. KDevelop kdevelopers :)
