Using kdevelop 2 to code for gideon

Hi people,

I added a kevelop 2 project file to HEAD, hope you don't mind. I just 
autogenerated it with kdevelop 2, but after I checked in I saw that it was a 
little big, so if you think it's overhead there you may remove it. (I usually 
keep kdevelop project files in my cvs repo, so I thought it was a good idea.)
