Code completion interface implemented in kate

Hi

Would anyone be interested in porting gideon to kate(head) ? 

I've implemented the view's code completion interface now, but don't know if it works.
(For testing a ported gideon would be nice :)
It's a q&d port from the gideon parts/kwrite-part/*code*completion* implementation to the
kdelibs/interfaces/ktexteditor interface.
