Gideon and KDE3/Qt3

This question was asked before in this mailing list but ask it the second 
time :-)

kapplication.h and kstandarddirs.h are headers of KDE3, aren't they?

If yes, I think there are some #ifdefs for KDE3 compiling missing, aren't 
there? (IMHO)
