1. Not the spammer set the reply to, the mailing list software did.
2. A reply to the spammer will get you nothing. The from address is some
   freemail and will never be read.
3. You cited the mail 2 times, 1. the reply, then the apology to the
   reply. So I got it now 3 times. Why?
4. It is not spam at all. It is fraud. The sender trys to trick you
   to pay him money.
