AFAIK kapplication.h is the renamed kapp.h from KDE 2.x. So, when you want to 
compile for KDE 2.x you have to take kapp.h, otherwise (for KDE 3 alpha) 
kapplication.h.

What makes me puzzled is the "not existing" kapplication.h include in the 
phpsupportpart.cpp file - only kapp.h is included without any #ifdefs. Maybe 
I have to update my sources ...
